Due to the size of the range, all sets and figures are made to order. Delivery takes approx 28 days from receipt of order and customers are notified by e-mail.

How to make a Payment

Payment can be made by the following methods: Sterling, IMOS, Euros, Bankers Draft or Postal Orders.

Payment must accompany all orders.  Cheques should be made payable in Sterling to G.B.E TOY SOLDIERS.  (There is an overseas surcharge of £10 to cover bank charges) to the following address;  

Please allow 28 days from receipt of your order for goods to be received.  In the event of any delay, the customer will be notified.  GBE strongly recommends that overseas orders be insured at a cost of £2.70.  In  the event of a loss, a claim can be made to the Post Office.  Whilst taking every case GBE Toy Soldiers can take no responsibility for any uninsured items.

Warranty
All unsatisfactory purchases may be returned in good condition for replacement or refund. For goods damaged in transit, please e-mail to arrange for replacement.

All painted figures and castings are subject to Copyright under the Copyright Designs and Patent Act 1988.  Any infringement of the Artistic Copyright, may result in legal proceedings being taken against the unauthorized copier
